Active players can recover part of their net losses with Cashback. The more you play, the higher your loyalty level and the more cashback you can receive.

Cashback is available to all players starting from the Newcomer loyalty level. The cashback percentage depends on your current loyalty level.

In addition to exchanging loyalty points for money at a favorable rate, players can also receive a partial refund of their net losses. If luck happens to turn away from you for a while, Cashback helps you recover part of your losses.

Cashback Rules

• Cashback is available to all players starting from the Newcomer loyalty level.
• Funds are calculated and credited to a separate "Cashback" balance automatically once a week – on Fridays between 6:00 and 7:00 UTC.
• Cashback is granted only on the player's net losses. It does not apply to lost bonus funds. "Bonus funds" mean any funds credited to the player's bonus balance, including refunded amounts.
• If a player finishes the settlement period with a profit, cashback will not be granted.
• In any single cashback payment, each user can receive a maximum of 5 times their total deposit amount since joining Vox Casino. This limit is calculated separately for each cashback payment.
